1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a copyright infringement notice, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The exact URL(s) of the infringing content
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
2. Response and Action
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content
- Notify the user or party who posted the material
- Provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notification (if applicable)
3. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with:
- Your name and contact info
- The location of the removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
We may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action.
4. Repeat Infringers
ModHello.Org may disable or terminate user access if repeat copyright violations are identified.
